For almost 30 years the Old Kitchen Cupboard served as a unique independent grocer where you were greeted with a smile as you stepped through the door. The location stocked a wide range of high quality natural foods, vitamins and supplements. In more recent years they started sourcing organic produce and meats. In October 2015, new owners Phyllis and Greg Sprout took over The Old Kitchen Cupboard. Their intent was to re-invigorate the 30 year old location while continuing to offer the same great local, natural and organic products.
Renamed to Chelsea Market, Greg and Phyllis have added hundreds of great new locally crafted or grown products. In addition they are stocking dozens of unique gluten free and wheat alternative products. From fresh organic produce to organic meats, local organic dairy products, coffees, treats and so much more, the shelves at Chelsea Market have new additions weekly showing the great diversity of food we produce in the Waterloo Region. When you're looking for unique local and organic foods, swing through Belmont Village and visit the Chelsea Market!Read More About Chelsea Market
